As you can tell by the old article in the system, this site was supposed to launch well over a year ago. Other pressing matters delayed the launch a little bit, but we are back on track and ready to kick some butt!

To answer your questions, no, the source code has not been released yet but it will be very soon (under the GPL license). We are just working on cleaning up a few little things. When all has been polished and made ready for the final release, we will be posting the install package on SourceForge.

The requirements for this web application are Microsoft IIS 5 and SQL Server 2000 (it will probably run fine under SQL Server 7). Configuration and setup are a breeze.

The goals of this project are to create a modular framework that will allow you to easily add to and expand the rich feature set for this application.
